PRIVACY and COOKIE POLICY
This privacy policy describes the personal data collected, generated or processed during the use of the websites of HOX S.R.L. ("Websites") and the mobile application ("App") of HOX S.R.L. It also explains how personal data are processed, shared and protected, what choices are available to the user regarding the processing of personal data and how to contact us.
- WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

- WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND WHEN?
HOX S.R.L. processes some personal data in order to provide the requested products or services, for example when you: make purchases on the Websites or on the App, contact our consumer services, request to receive communications, create an account, participate in our events or competitions, use our Sites or our Apps. For example, with the user's consent, we ask for access to the phone's location data, to contacts in order to allow you to interact with your friends, to the calendar or to your profile on social networks in order to publish content directly from our App. The aforementioned personal data includes: movement data detected by the device's accelerometer; photos, audios, contacts and calendar information; sensor data and location data (GPS).
